Terms and Conditions CM8Plus – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by CM8Plus ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using this Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document.

Cm8plus reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been made will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

To use the CM8Plus Platform and register an account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Individuals using the Platform on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not residing in a jurisdiction where the use of this service is illegal or restricted.
• Never previously suspended or banned from using the CM8Plus Platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Not included on any self-exclusion list under any recognised self-exclusion scheme for gambling.

Cm8plus reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and freezing of available balances.

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only at CM8Plus. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and their balances.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for keeping your cm8plus account username and password confidential. cm8plus recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report to the CM8Plus support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Cm8plus carries out an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) as an industry-standard requirement. You may be required to submit documents such as your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and payment method details to verify your identity before your first withdrawal or when requested by cm8plus.

Cm8plus supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and other internet banking options. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is as specified on the platform for each payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Cm8plus does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Each player is entitled to each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be played through in accordance with the specified wagering requirements.

Betting Limits

Game Result Disputes

In the event of a dispute over game results, CM8Plus server records are final. Any technical disruption affecting gameplay will be resolved in accordance with a fair policy based on available system log evidence.

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of unauthorized software such as automated bots, assistance software, or scripts.

• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal proceeds from illegal activities.
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods.
• Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits.

• Selling, transferring, or lending your CM8Plus account to any other party.

Closure by Player: You may close your cm8plus account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawal requests have been settled and there are no active bonus balances in your account.

Suspension by CM8Plus: cm8plus reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Suspected breach of any term within this document.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Suspicious activity or activity potentially linked to money laundering.
• Request from a competent authority.
• Technical or security reasons requiring immediate action.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, cm8plus reserves the right to withhold balances associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Legitimately earned balances will be returned once the investigation is complete.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CM8Plus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.

Cm8plus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The uninterrupted availability or continued operation of the Platform.
• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed on the Platform.
• The Platform's suitability for a user's specific purpose.

Use of the CM8Plus Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. The Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and is incorporated into it by reference.

• Your personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
